This Privacy Policy explains how Adur.ai (“Adur”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service at adur.ai.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Meta Ads credentials. When you connect a Meta Ads account we store your Meta access token and ad account ID in encrypted form. This token is used exclusively to retrieve and manage your Meta Ads campaigns on your behalf.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status needed to manage your plan.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use Adur — pages visited, features used, analyses run, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product.
Campaign data. When you run an analysis or enable AI Manager, we temporarily process your Meta Ads campaign metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, CPA). We may cache recent results to display them in your dashboard.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your campaign data for advertising purposes.
Adur connects to Meta’s Marketing API using an access token you provide. By connecting your Meta account you authorise Adur to:
Your Meta access token is stored encrypted at rest in our database (Supabase). It is never logged in plain text and never exposed to the browser after initial submission.
You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from the dashboard. Upon disconnection your access token is deleted from our systems within 24 hours.
Data deletion requests. If you used Facebook Login or connected a Meta account, you can request deletion of your Meta-related data by visiting Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Adur.ai, or by emailing privacy@adur.ai. We will delete all associated campaign data and access tokens within 24 hours and confirm with a deletion code.

Each processor handles data only as required to perform their service and is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Subscription and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Campaign performance data cached in our systems is retained for 90 days.
When you delete your account all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that set persistent cookies.
We apply industry-standard security measures: HTTPS for all data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields (access tokens), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Adur.ai is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the product. Continued use of Adur after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
